We store this information in our database. Personal information about individuals is generally accessible only by a) the user who created it, b) other members of the same church entity, c) the church administrator, and d) employees of Brently Software, LLC with a need to know. At no time is any information collected by us or posted by you to ChurchFamilyOnline.com available to other church Administrators or Users not also associated with your church entity, nor is such information generally accessible from the Internet by non-members. From time to time we may also collect additional information from you, for example, email messages, site navigation patterns (including cookies), and survey responses. This information, if retained, is used to enhance the level of service we provide to you and other users of the site. If you provide us with a credit card to make a Membership fee payment, we will not retain your credit card information beyond the duration of the payment transaction process.
