ChurchFamilyOnline.com provides the contact tools pastoral staff and church members need to stay in touch with each other. Using this free or low-cost Internet service, churches and their members can:
- Quickly find phone, email or postal addresses.
- Quickly print a membership directory - including photograph and color options.
- Quickly print mailing labels or send email all members involved in various interest groups.
- Quickly update member and contact information-including allowing members to do this task themselves without burdening Church staff or volunteers.
ChurchFamilyOnline.com is owned by Brently Software, LLC, a U.S.-based company dedicated to helping churches large and small strengthen their membership community while reducing demands on Pastoral and church staff time. Founded by veterans of the Silicon Valley, our mission is something much more significant than an IPO-we are committed to making your church's mission a success. We've used modern software tools and the Internet to create a platform accessible by anyone-computer novice to blackberry pro, anytime, anywhere.
Access to ChurchFamilyOnline.com is available in 3 distinct levels of membership:
- Church Office Level (FREE)
- Church Group Level (Coming in 2007)
- Church Family Level (Coming in 2007)
It takes less than 5 minutes to get started. You choose one of our 3 levels of membership, register, and create your church's unique and secure directory site. It's that simple. There's no software for you to buy and install. We do all the hard stuff, like make sure the computer is always running, the software works, and your data is always safe, secure, and backed up. And because it's your data, you can rest assured that we'll never sell, trade, or give it away to anyone else. If you ever decide to stop using ChurchFamilyOnline.com - we can't imagine why you'd do that - we'll happily let you take all of your data with you in a format compatible with Microsoft Excel.
